The BBC have set up a companion website for the Nation's Favourite Food television program (which I'm missing but I skimmed through the companion book in Waterstones). It's quite fascinating to read and the comments by the chefs are hilarious.

In the Party Food section, smoked salmon came up tops. To which the response was, "We're getting quite poncy aren't we" - High Fearnley Whittingstall.

There are lots of recipes as well and the other categories include Comfort Food, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc.
