I'm planning to make loh mai kai (steamed sticky rice with lots of little tidbits inside) and this post is going to be a list of recipes which I could use. I haven't finalised yet. If it turns out well, you all shall find out!

This food is extremely comforting to me...my kind of comfort food. The stickiness makes it really easy to eat the rice with chopsticks. And at home, the condiment of choice is sambal belacan or Yeo's chilli sauce!
