If someone (like me) were to ask a strange request, I'd rather the recipient of the request simply say no instead of rolling their eyes, giving attitude and acting as if your request was the most troublesome one in the world. I tend to get this a lot at this particular takeaway place and the lesson to me should be not to make anymore requests...but I can't help it. I would like to have the container filled with half of this and half of that. They could've just said no. I only asked; I never demanded.
