Aubergines, eggplants, brinjals. All words for the same lovely purple (or white or green) glossy vegetable that I love. And Blai loves. A lot. I purchased three yesterday and cooked all of them. Fragrant Eggplant with Pork. There was enough for the two of us and plenty more for today as well. Highly recommended. Now that I know how to make it at home, chances are that I won't order it as regularly in restaurants.
