Well, I'm back from Vancouver! Stupid me accidentally left one beloved skirt at home but I should be able to pick it up if I fly again in November (I might fly home again after a conference). Anyway, I tried tripe for the first time on Sunday - didn't taste like anything and the texture was somewhat like jellyfish....but it just LOOKS awful.
