I am a bad bad bad updater! Bad!

But I have an excuse. I had been planning for my mom's arrival in London a week ago and she just left yesterday. Lots of fun it was! I get along really well with my mother. Anyway, the main reason she was here was because I was having my commemoration ceremony in the Royal Albert Hall last Wednesday. Not much to it - lots of people bowing to one guy and shaking hands with another. But the setting was very nice. Rumour is that my year is the last to have their ceremony in the Albert Hall...I don't know whether to believe it. I thought they had had it booked till 2004 at least.

Oh, and if you can, get yourself to Kew Gardens. It's gorgeous. I'm definitely going back.
