I made Malaysian chicken curry on Saturday. I was terribly worried that it wouldn't turn out (I tasted it too early and it still tasted like water) but it did in the end! There was enough for the two of us for dinner on Saturday and Sunday. I loved it and Blai loved it. I'm gonna make it again.
